Nichols Concrete Inc. Implements ACPA Certification Program For All Operators
In our continuing effort to be an industry leader in safety and professionalism, Nichols Concrete Equipment Co. Inc. has implemented a pump operator certification program for all our operators. The curriculum and certification is through the American Concrete Pumping Association; an organization devoted to improving the safety of our industry through the continuing education and training of all pump operators. We believe this program will allow us to provide our customers with an even higher level of customer service, and most importantly, safety.

New "Big Boom" Arrives
Nichols Concrete recently took delivery of a new Schwing S 61 SX, the longest boom pump in the Schwing America lineup. “In order to be the leading pumping contractor in the area, we feel we must have the latest equipment, “ explained Rusty Hicks, Nichols president. This pump compliments the two other S 61 SX pumps already in the Nichols fleet. The 61-meter Schwing can pump a 15 story building from one location or reach out an unprecedented distance to cover large slabs. Output of the pump exceeds 200 yards per hour. The addition of this pump to our fleet is evidence of our continuing commitment to provide the highest level of service to our customers.
